Booking and Operation
How to book a trip with Serenity Company VTC?
We do not offer immediate rides without prior booking: this operating method allows us to guarantee punctuality and quality of service for every client.

How far in advance should I book?
To be considered, bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
And to ensure the availability of your private chauffeur, we advise you to contact us at least 72 hours before the trip for standard bookings. For important events (wedding, seminar, long distance), we recommend booking as early as possible to ensure vehicle availability on the desired date.
Is the service available 7 days a week?
Yes, Serenity Company VTC provides its services 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays, when trips are booked.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Yes, but any booking must be canceled 24 hours before the scheduled trip date to be eligible for a refund.
Booking modifications must be made at least 12 hours before the originally scheduled ride. We invite you to consult our General Terms and Conditions of Sale to learn about the cancellation conditions applicable depending on the timeframe and nature of the service.
How will I be informed of my booking confirmation?
Once your request is received, we will send you an email confirmation with a summary of your trip (date, time, pickup location, destination, and fare).
If in doubt, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.
Can I book a trip for another person (client, colleague, relative)?
Absolutely. You can book a trip for a third party.
Simply provide the passenger’s contact details when booking so that our chauffeur can ensure optimal pickup and communicate directly with the future passenger.

In which cities and areas do you operate in Burgundy?
Serenity Company VTC is based just a stone’s throw from Dijon and operates throughout Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. We serve the cities of Dijon, Beaune, Nuits-Saint-Georges, Gevrey-Chambertin, Chalon-sur-Saône, Mâcon, Auxerre, Sens, Dole, Besançon, and their surrounding areas.

What is the maximum distance for possible trips?
There is no real maximum distance for our long-distance trips.
We advise you to contact us directly to discuss the feasibility of your private chauffeur trip if the departure or arrival point is distant.
To and from which airports do you provide transfers?
We have established a package for transfers to and from the main airports near Burgundy, namely: Dijon-Bourgogne Airport, Dole-Jura Airport, Lyon-Saint-Exupéry Airport, Geneva Airport, and Paris-CDG Airport.

Is it possible to organize a wine tour in the Burgundy wine villages?
We can drive you to the addresses of your choice and enable you to complete your tourist circuit, but we do not offer tourist animation as such.

Do you cover rural areas and less accessible communes in Burgundy?
Yes. We serve both large cities and rural communes in Burgundy, including those less well-served by public transport.
It is often in these areas that our service makes the most sense: a private chauffeur who picks you up where taxis or public transport do not go.

What vehicle do you use for your services?
We use a high-end electric vehicle, spacious and quiet, designed to offer optimal comfort to every passenger.

How many passengers can you transport?
What services are offered on board?
We ensure that every trip is a unique experience. On board, you benefit from a well-maintained and air-conditioned cabin, smooth and safe driving, and a discreet atmosphere conducive to rest or work.
We also provide each passenger with water, charging cables for their devices, as well as magazines and a portable tablet.
Does the chauffeur handle luggage?
Yes, our chauffeur will greet you and assist you with your luggage, both when getting into and out of the vehicle.
In case of exceptional volume (sports equipment, numerous suitcases), please indicate this when booking so that we can make the best arrangements.
Do you offer specific services for professionals?
Yes. Serenity Company VTC is particularly suited for business travel: personalized welcome, guaranteed discretion, internet connection to work during the trip.
We handle your transfers between hotels, train stations, airports, and meeting venues, as well as providing a chauffeur for the day for your professional events.
Rates and Packages
How are your trip prices calculated?
Our rates are determined in advance and communicated before each ride, with no hidden fees. They are based either on a decreasing per-kilometer rate or on a fixed package for the most frequent destinations (train stations, airports, major cities).

Is there a price difference between day and night?
Yes. A night rate applies between 11 PM and 5 AM. The per-kilometer rate then increases to €2.50/km without distinction of tier, and the minimum fare is set at €30.
These conditions are specified in our complete rate schedule.
Are toll and fuel costs included in the price?
For chauffeur-for-hire packages, fuel is included, but tolls remain the client’s responsibility.
For per-kilometer trips and city or airport packages, fees are calculated at the time of your booking.
Is the chauffeur's travel to my address charged?
An approach fee applies only if the pickup is more than 25 km from our base. Below this threshold, travel is free.
Beyond that, the rate is decreasing: €0.50/km up to 70 km, then €0.40/km up to 100 km, and €0.30/km beyond.
What happens if my flight or train is delayed?
We monitor flight and train schedules to adapt our pickup in real-time. A 30-minute waiting grace period is offered.
Beyond that, a waiting fee of €45/hour applies. Our goal is to spare you any stress related to unforeseen events.
